YES! Thank you! The statistic is that most abusers were abused themselves; but people tend to get it turned around. Which is as silly as saying “most cats have four legs, therefore most four-legged animals are cats.” Abuse is just as likely, if not more likely, to motivate the victim to make sure it never happens to others.
